Shipping & Returns

Products are normally dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours after you place your order.

Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

To track your order, you can find your tracking number by clicking the “View my order” link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Note: Tracking information becomes available approximately 4 days after dispatch.

After placing your order, you will receive an initial confirmation email, followed by a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Please monitor your order tracking. Your parcel may be waiting at the post office even if you have not received a delivery notice in your mailbox.

Good to know: The post office holds your parcel for 15 days. After this period, it is returned to the sender. You will then be asked to pay a fee to have your order shipped again.

You have 2 hours after placing your order to cancel it using our contact form. After this period, a refund can only be issued once your entire order has been received back at our premises.

This website cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
